On Tuesday, April 26, at 6:30 p.m. in the Golden Eagle Ballroom, Vikram Seth will deliver the 26th annual Jean Burden Poetry Reading. Mr. Seth is the author of several collections of poems, including The Humble Administrator's Garden, and a novel in verse, The Golden Gate. He has published as well two best-selling prose novels, An Equal Music and A Suitable Boy, and such non-fiction books as From Heaven Lake and Two Lives. There will be refreshments prior to the reading and a book-signing afterwards. |
