Pianist Paula Fan and baritone Jeremy Huw Williams will present a program of music to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the start of the First World War. The program will feature works from the era as well as modern reflections on the period and the war.
The recital will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 7:30pm in the Music Recital Hall. Admission is free. This program is sponsored by the Cal State LA Department of Music, Theatre and Dance, with the support of the College of Arts and Letters, Wales Arts International, the Pacific Contemporary Music Center, the Center for Contemporary Poetry and Poetics, Statement Magazine, Statement Unbound, and the Department of English.
