Jose M. Rodriguez is the Community of Schools Administrator with the Los Angeles Unified School District. He coaches and supports administrators, by building their capacity as leaders for responsibilities associated with high-need schools. As a site administrator, he worked diligently to instill a strong sense of direction for all students and ensure that demographics did not determine destiny.
Jose prides himself in preparing individuals for their next leadership role. He would like to strengthen the Education Alumni Network to support alumni and students, addressing the advancement of their professional aspirations He is a double Cal State LA alumnus, earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998 and Master of Art degree in 2002. He was also granted a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Southern California in Educational Leadership. His wife is also a Charter College of Education alumna of Cal State LA.
