Cal State LA Juneteenth Celebration

Following the virtual systemwide CSU Juneteenth Symposium morning session, we invite all faculty, staff, and students to join us for the Cal State LA Juneteenth Celebration on Thursday, June 11, as we come together to honor freedom, celebrate Black culture, and build community.

This year's theme, “Juneteenth: A Celebration of Freedom, Culture, and Community,” reflects the spirit of the day and the importance of gathering to learn, reflect, and celebrate together. The celebration will feature food from Dulan's (available on a first-come, first-served basis), music and line dancing, a community conversation, and a Step Exhibition from the Divine 9.
