Join us to meet Oscar Garcia who is a first-generation professional. Growing up, Oscar was made fun of his name and accent. He was in ESL classes and on the free and reduced lunch program. Today, Oscar is the founder and chief empowerment officer of Aspira Consulting. He is an introvert turned international speaker and hopes to empower you, so opportunities come to you. All Cal State LA students are welcome to participate.
