Heartcode BLS CPR

The Health Promotion and Education Center (HPEC) offers American Heart Association (AHA) CPR training for eligible Cal State LA students who are required to complete CPR training in support of their academic programs. The center's CPR program is conducted in association with CPR for Life, LLC (an authorized AHA Training Center). Students are encouraged to verify their training requirements with their academic departments and internship sites prior to scheduling and paying for training and skills sessions.

Side note to enroll in training: You must complete and show proof of the online pre-work from the AHA CPR & First Aid Course, select the offered date for the selected training, and pay for the low cost fee of the CPR training.
