The Pan African Student Resource Center crew welcomes you to Black Out, where you can meet our amazing faculty, staff, students, and student organizations focused on Black student life at Cal State L.A. This one-day festival that gives all students the opportunity to meet new people and enjoy some fun and culturally-focused activities!
