INTRODUCTION
Heidi Paul, Ph.D. is the coordinator of MS Counseling, option Rehabilitation program. She is an associate tenured professor and has enjoyed her work at Cal State, Los Angeles for the past 16 years
My varied background and interests have readied me to teach a variety of graduate and undergraduate classes. I take advantage of opportunities to improve my teaching skills. I enjoy innovative teaching techniques that will provide the best learning experience for students as well as helping students realize their potential.
Currently research is in mindfulness and the effect it has on student anxiety and academic performance
