(2009-2019) Director, Anna Bing Arnold Children’s Center-California State University, Los Angeles

Administrator of a large campus early care and education program with a staff of 62 and an annual budget of over one million dollars. Responsibilities included fiscal management, staff training, program implementation, development of policies and procedures, grant management and development, and liaison with campus departments that use the center for child study.

(2006-present) Lecturer, California State University, Los Angeles

Part-time lecturer for the Department of Child and Family Studies, supervising and training students completing their internship classes in program administration and curriculum in early childhood programs.
