The Office for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (OEDI) reviews and investigates complaints of Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation, Sexual Misconduct, Dating and Domestic Violence, Stalking and Prohibited Consensual Relationships between Employees and Students. The OEDI handles all complaints involving such allegations pursuant to the policies and procedures set forth in the CSU Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Exploitation, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, and Retaliation (Nondiscrimination Policy) (Revised January 1, 2022). Cal State LA adopts CSU policies and procedures as specified, whenever applicable.

The OEDI also facilitates sexual misconduct and sexual harassment prevention trainings, implements ADA accommodations for employees, and oversees the University's lactation spaces.

The OEDI is located in room 6381 of the Student Services building and is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The OEDI can be reached by phone (323-343-3040) or by emailing oedi.titleix@calstatela.edu or one of the OEDI staff members listed below.
