Golden Eagle One Card Office

All members of our campus community are encouraged to have a Golden Eagle One Card, the official identification card for Cal State LA. Your Golden Eagle One Card provides access to essential campus services and facilities including the library, open access labs, Xtreme fitness, food vendors in the cafeteria, health center, and many more campus services. The Golden Eagle One Card is the only card you need to carry at Cal State LA!

The Golden Eagle One Card Office oversees the printing and copier services on campus and issues the Golden Eagle One Card, the ID card for students, faculty, and staff. Golden Eagle One Card cardholders can add cash value called "Eagle Dollars" to their card and use them to buy goods and services at the food court and bookstore. Our Office manages the copier and printer fleet programs, averaging between 56,000 and 78,000 copies each semester. We print about 3,900 student ID cards each term. One Card incorporates the use of Eagle $, door access, student printing, and meal plan to enhance the student, faculty, and staff campus experience.

Wells Fargo Banking Program

The Golden Eagle One Card can be linked to a Wells Fargo Everyday Checking Account for optional banking convenience. This linked card allows students to make PIN-debit purchases and gives students free access to cash at Wells Fargo ATMs nationwide. The Department of Education's Cash Management Regulations 34 CFR 668.164(d)(4)(i)(B)(2), require institutions participating in T2 (Campus Card) arrangements to list and identify the major features and commonly assessed fees as well as a URL for the terms and conditions of each financial account offered under the arrangement.
