Welcome
Founded in 1968, the Anna Bing Arnold Children’s Center provides early care and education services for the Cal State L.A. campus community. The Center serves children from infancy through preschool, is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, and is licensed by the California Department of Health and Social Services.
At the Anna Bing Arnold Children's Center, we strive to create a shared community where parents, teachers, and the campus join to provide children with high-quality care and education. It is the mission of the Children's Center to provide enriched developmental childcare services for Cal State L.A. student-parents, faculty, staff, and the local community. The Center supports student-parents as they complete their education and offers reduced rates for Cal State L.A. students and tuition assistance for low-income families. The Children's Center is partly sponsored by Cal State L.A. Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) grants, the California Department of Education, and the U.S. Department of Education. The Center also offers a range of interdisciplinary opportunities for observation, fieldwork, and research for Cal State L.A. students and faculty.
