Email Signature Instructions for PC
- Download the email signature template and open it in Word.
- Select and copy the email signature.
- Open Outlook, click the File tab, and then click Options.
- In the Outlook Options dialog box, click Mail in the left pane, and then click Signatures in the right pane.
- In the Signatures and Stationery dialog box, click New, enter a name for the signature, and then click OK.
- In the Edit signature field, paste the email signature that you copied from Word.
- Personalize the email signature with your information (name, title, department, and phone number), and then click OK.
- Close all open dialog boxes.
