Email Signature Instructions for PC

  1. Download the email signature template and open it in Word.
  2. Select and copy the email signature.
  3. Open Outlook, click the File tab, and then click Options.
  4. In the Outlook Options dialog box, click Mail in the left pane, and then click Signatures in the right pane.
  5. In the Signatures and Stationery dialog box, click New, enter a name for the signature, and then click OK.
  6. In the Edit signature field, paste the email signature that you copied from Word.
  7. Personalize the email signature with your information (name, title, department, and phone number), and then click OK.
  8. Close all open dialog boxes.
