Description

Dana Sayre, MA/RDT (they/them) will explore their journey as a disabled performance artist and Performance Studies scholar completing alternative training in Drama Therapy and opening a drama therapy private practice in Central Texas. Dana will analyze the re/construction of their identity as a drama therapist, and how their journey was informed by queer feminist performance theory and disability justice frameworks. The Honors College is co-sponsoring this event with Performance Studies, ACP, and Comm Studies.
