Jameson Williams
Originally from the west side of Chicago, Jameson enlisted in the U.S. Army National Guard in 2019, seeking to become a change agent and community service supporter.
Eddy Boror
Eddy Boror, a first-generation Latino from Los Angeles, joined the U.S. Air Force in 2014 to find direction in his life.
Pedro Reyes
Pedro, a first-gen scholar, veteran, and critical educator, aims to challenge historical values perpetuating hate, sexism, homophobia, bigotry, and oppression.
Janqueray "Jae" Williams
Jae's global travels as a Finance soldier expanded her cultural perspective, fueling her desire to serve her country as a future social worker.
Juan Venegas
Juan graduated from high school in 2014 and shortly after enlisted in the United States Army in the 11 Bravo infantry unit.
Crispin Nuñez
Crispin earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cal State LA in spring 2022. He plans to continue his career in telecommunication in upper management.
Sam Chayaprasert
A U.S. Marine veteran, Sam transitioned from information technology to business administration at Los Angeles City College and is now aiming for a CPA qualification with a bachelor’s from Cal State LA by 2025.
Diego Rodriguez
Diego finished military service in 2018 and returned to California to pursue an education.
