If your diploma was lost or damaged due to wildfire Cal State LA will provide a replacement diploma free of charge.
To get your complimentary diploma:
- Please complete the Printable Diploma Application
- On the form, write in the Reason for requesting duplicate field that you were impacted by wildfires.
- Send the form via email to GraduationOffice@calstatela.edu for processing.
