Licensed Software Installation Request Form

Faculty should use this form to request the installation of University-licensed software in classrooms and computer labs.

Procedures:

  1. Fill out and submit the form below. Use one form per software title. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. The software will be installed on campus computers during semester break.
